More Briefs Filed in Jaynes


A few friend of the court briefs have been filed in Virginia v. Jaynes, where the Supreme Court is being asked to reverse a Virginia State Supreme Court decision striking down that state's spam statute on First Amendment grounds.  (Previous discussion here.)
